At Sarju, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's clothing that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Replacement policy.
Exchange Policy

No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. We offer ONLY EXCHANGE of products.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, or an incorrect item is sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.

You may also select the same product or any other product from our store for exchange.

Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
Exchange Process is Approved Once:

The products purchased on sarju.in can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. An Unboxing Video is Required for Exchange.
Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team at +91 7990284447 (Mon-Sat 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate a Replacement request.

Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

Attach the Unboxing video and send it to our Support Number.

Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions.
How To Exchange Products?

Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping. You may send the return parcel to our Warehouse Address at your own cost.

We do not have any kind of Reverse Pickup Service right now, so please be careful about it.

If a Reverse Pickup is done from our side, the customer will need to pay a ₹250/- Reverse Shipping Charge.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. An Unboxing Video is Required for return.
Exceptions:

Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different return conditions, which will be specified during the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
